The alligator clip adapter is used for locating the correct breaker of hot and neutral bare wires, and the light socket adapter enables you to locate the correct breaker of a light bulb socket. The Circuit Breaker Finder Accessory Kit also comes with a 3-Prong to 2-Prong grounding adapter.
